Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for using NovaSynapse. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations regarding the cancellation of your subscription and any potential refunds. This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel Your Subscription renewal at any time either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company (support@novasynapse.com). To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, You must cancel Your Subscription at least 24 hours before the current Subscription period ends.
You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period, and You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of Your current paid Subscription period.
In-app Purchases: If the Subscription has been made through an In-app Purchase (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store), You must cancel the renewal of Your Subscription directly with the respective Application Store.
2. Refunds
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Please note that forgetting to cancel Your Subscription before the renewal date does not qualify for a refund. It is Your responsibility to manage Your Subscription.
If Your Account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, You will not be eligible for any refund for any unused portion of Your Subscription.
Payments for Lifetime Subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except where strictly required by applicable law.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
In-app Purchases: If the Subscription has been made through an In-app purchase, the Application Store's refund policy will apply. We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google. If You wish to request a refund for an In-app purchase, You must do so by contacting the Application Store directly.
3. Right of Withdrawal (For European Union Users)
If You are a consumer based in the European Union, You have the right to withdraw from a Subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
Exception to the Right of Withdrawal: However, You acknowledge and expressly agree that if You start downloading, accessing, or using the digital content or Service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, You lose Your right of withdrawal.
